Fresh Tanglad Tea Recipe

20 tanglad leaves 10 tarragon leaves 10 mint leaves 5 glasses of hot water

Wash the leaves. Put into a glass container with 5 glasses of hot water add all the leaves. Wait for 5-8 minutes then drink.

1 glass/cup of tanglad tea you can add 1 teaspoon of raw honey and squeeze of lemon.
