Malunggay Juice Recipe
4 tbsp fresh malunggay leaves 1 cucumber 1 1/2 cup water 1 lemon or 5 calamansi 2 tsp raw honey
Juice the malunggay and cucumber through a juicer or blender. Add water and honey. Squeeze a lemon or calamansi. This juice is beneficial to take 30 minutes before meal in the morning or 30 minutes after dinner.
