Homemade Pizza Recipe
Dough
2 cups all-purpose flour
1tsp baking powder 1/2tsp salt 2 Tbsp olive oil 1/2 cup warm water
Preparation: In a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well using your hand. Add olive oil and mix it well. Add warm water, tossing dough until it can be gathered in a ball. (If necessary, add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time.) Cover the dough and let stand for 15 minutes. Divide the dough into 8 portions. Shape each dough into a ball. Dust each portion with flour. Use a rolling pin to flatten each portion. Place tortilla, one at a time, on a medium heat ungreased pan. Cook for about 20-30 seconds or until puffy. Refrigerate the tortillas and consume within 3 to 5 days only.
Pizza Sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
1 cup cherry tomatoes 250 grams tomatoes sauce 1/2 cup fresh oyster mushroom 2 kale leaves 5 basil leaves salt and pepper to taste.
Toppings
Add cheese and rosemary
Procedure:
Cook the sauce for 5 mins. Spread sauce on the pita crust. Add cheese and rosemary as toppings. Baked for 5-8 mins at 350F.
